AIBRYD ships all items from the warehouse in Slovenia. Our prices include 22% VAT for products delivered within the EU. For any delivery destinations outside of the EU the customer is responsible for any Customs/Duty and Import taxes. It’s important to contact the local customs office for further information and an estimate of these costs before placing an order. Any delay in paying these customs fees will result in a delay in the delivery of the order.

All AIBRYD orders are shipped internationally with tracked UPS Standard delivery. Please be aware that this can take between 1-5 business days within European Union and 5-10 business days for the rest of the world. All orders placed before 10:00 am (CEST) will be dispatched the same day. All orders placed after 10:00 am (CEST) will be dispatched the next day. All products are dispatched during our office hours: Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays and weekends.

After the order is made, AIBRYD will arrange the shipment, and the customer will receive an email including the link to track the parcel.

AIBRYD is happy to accept returns of unused, unwashed, undamaged garments, within 14 calendar days of the delivery date, to provide a full refund or an exchange.

To return any item(s) from the order,  the customer must email hello@aibryd.com with the order number and reference of the item(s) to return. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the item is damaged.

AIBRYD reserves the right to refuse a return that does not comply with the above conditions. Returns that do not respect the policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.

To return an online purchase:
The product(s) must be returned to the AIBRYD warehouse in Slovenia.

Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
Items must be returned unused, in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
Items must be returned in such a way that the original packaging will remain undamaged.
Preorders and custom orders are not available for return.

Once the return is received, it will undergo a quality review.

Please allow up to 7 days for this to be completed. Once items have passed inspection, the refund will be processed, and a credit automatically applied to the original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 working days, for this, subject also to your bank’s processing time.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returning any item.

Refunds are only permitted for full price items; sale or promotional items cannot be refunded. AIBRYD, WNEXT VENTURES D.O.O. cannot be held responsible if the parcel is lost, stolen or damaged. Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable, nor are any duties or taxes incurred.
